Assistance with foreclosure modification and credit counseling.

Free Legal Clinics provide legal services to low income people -- in Spanish and English.

Senior Services provide free civil legal assistance to seniors who are 60 years or older and residing in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Court Assistance Projects provide information, guidance, and document preparation in English and Spanish. For Legal permanent residents and U.S. Citizens only. Funded through Equal Access Funds from State of California through Legal Services Trust Fund Program

• San Bernardino, Victorville, Rancho Cucamonga - Family Law (Divorce, Paternity, Custody, Support), Guardianships, and Tenant Defense (Unlawful Detainer answers) Proyecto Ayuda Legal (PAL)
• Riverside, Indio - Family Law (Divorce, Paternity, Custody, Support) Family Law Access Partnership Project (FLAPP)
• Banning - Family Law (Divorce, Paternity, Custody, Support), Tenant Defense (Unlawful Detainer answers), Debt Collection

Social Security Legal Advocacy Project - Referrals from San Bernardino County Transitional Assistance Program (General Relief Applicants) and the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) are made to ICLS which represents clients who are seeking to establish their eligibility as disabled persons under the federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) income program.
