We are currently seeking a Deputy Director, who will work under the direction of the Executive Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for the program’s grant compliance, staff training, program administration and technology. This individual will also work closely with the Board of Directors.

Must possess the desire to serve our client population and have excellent interpersonal skills.

The selected candidate must be a California licensed attorney with a minimum of 10 years experience, having a majority of those years in a supervisory/management capacity.

Director of Communications/Resource Development

As the Director of REsource Development, the selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementing and monitoring of all fundraising programs, including the development of annual appeals, fundraising events, community outreach events, private foundation, corporation, and government grant opportunities, and annual reports.

As the Director of Communications the candidate will be responsible for media contacts, relationships with outside agencies and marketing campaigns for the program. The Director of Communications/Resource Development will work under the direction of the Executive Director.

The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, public relations or similar. Must possess the desire to serve our client population and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Attorney Pro Bono Coordinator

We are currently seeking an attorney pro bono coordinator to develop and maintain a structured pro bono program. Included will be the recruitment, training and oversight of legal work of attorneys, interns/externs and fellows. The pro bono coordinator will work under the direction of the Executive Director.

Litigation Director

Inland Counties Legal Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing legal services to low-income persons residing in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

We are currently seeking a Litigation Director, who will work under the direction of the Executive Director. The selected candidate will supervise all advocate legal work throughout the program in conjunction with the Practice Group Directors. Will assist in case development, strategy and will serve as co-counsel as needed. The Litigation Director will be responsible for advocate trainings within the program and will approve trainings with outside resources.

Must possess the desire to serve our client population and have excellent interpersonal skills.

The selected candidate must be a California licensed attorney. A minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, including complex cases, trial and appellate work is desired. Must have substantial attorney supervisory experience.

Inland Counties Legal Services is seeking attorneys for the following practice areas and locations:

Family Law/Domestic Violence – San Bernardino. Applicants must have experience with victims of domestic violence.

Immigration – Victorville. We are seeking an attorney to handle domestic violence cases; VAWA, U Visas and T Visas. Referrals will be from Operation Safehouse shelter and the Rape Crisis Center.

Intake Screener

Inland Counties Legal Services is seeking intake screener/receptionists to handle multiple phone lines and assist in the provision of legal services to eligible clients. Among other duties, the intake screener/receptionist will interview clients by phone and in person to obtain information which will determine the applicant’s eligibility for services.
